Science and culture from south to north!
The outreach project collaboration between CeeNano and Theatre Sagohuset has now traveled to schools from Malmö to Kiruna. The goal from the beginning was to reach students and schools far away from the big universities and therefore may not get the same exposure to culture and research. The project has consisted of arranging theme days with a focus in climate
choices, nanoplastic research and critical thinking. The main audience has been high schools and we have had the opportunity to meet many dedicated and smart young students! The tour has now reached over one thousand people more than one thousand kilometers apart!
Ny studie på nanoplaster i te
En kanadensisk forskargrupp har gjort en studie på hur mycket mikro- och nanoplaster som frigörs från tepåsar i plast eller nylon. Studien publicerades i Environmental science & technology och har blivit omtalad i flertalet svenska tidningar där Tommy Cedervall blivit intervjuad och uppmärksammad för sin forskning inom nanoplaster.
